Processing of personal data
1. You hereby consent to Martina Štalmachová, M.S. with its registered office at Lužná 998/4, Ostrava 720 00, ID number: 14012049, a natural person doing business under the Trade Licensing Act not registered in the Commercial Register (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") to protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "the Regulation") processed the following personal data:
name and surname
Company name
invoicing data (address, ID number, VAT number)
phone
2. The personal data referred to in point 1 may be processed on the basis of your consent for the purpose of sending commercial communications. This data will be kept by the Administrator for a period of 10 years.
3. You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the Administrator's contact details.
4. The processing of personal data is performed by the Administrator, however, the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:
Webnode software provider
Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services and applications may also process personal data, however, the company does not currently use any other providers.
5. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:
withdraw consent at any time,
request information from us on what personal data we process, request a copy of this data,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request processing restrictions,
request the deletion of this personal data from us,
data portability,
file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data
Protection or go to court.
