General Terms and Conditions
Definition
In these terms and conditions means:
Operator: Martina Štalmachová, M.S., Lužná 998/4, Ostrava-Hrabová, 720 00, ID number 14012049
Participant: any natural or legal person registered for the courses offered
Courses: educational events taking place in person after prior registration and payment of the participation fee
Course registration
It is possible to register for the course: By e-mail at martina@stalmachova.cz
By submitting the form on the website in the "Courses" or "Contacts" section - by filling in the data and clicking on the "Submit" button.
After receiving the registration, the Participant will receive by e-mail more detailed information about the course, the planned start date of the course, the days and times of the event. They will also receive the information needed to order and pay for the course. Participation in the course will be confirmed to the participant only after the payment has been made (usually within 24 hours).
Payment for the course
After sending the order, the Subscriber will receive within 24 hours by e-mail the information needed for payment by transfer to the Operator's account. Maturity is automatically set to 2 business days. If the fee is not paid, the order may be canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Participation in the course can be canceled free of charge no later than 4 working days before its start. If the Participant cancels his / her application for the course less than 4 working days before the start, the fee will not be refunded. However, the course application can be transferred to a substitute. In case of canceled participation more than 4 working days before the start of the course, the fee will be paid back to the bank account specified by the Participant within 14 days. In case of non-participation in 4 or more lessons out of the total number of 6 lessons in the given course for serious reasons (e.g. medical), the Operator will return 50% of the course fee back to the specified bank account. If you attend at least 3 lessons from the 6-week course, the fee will not be refunded. The operator reserves the right to cancel the course or change the date of the event for serious organizational, technical or capacity reasons. In such a case, participants will be informed by phone or e-mail, they will be offered a replacement date or a refund of the entire course fee within 7 days.
Courses and all materials may not be recorded, copied or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of the organizer.
Complaints procedure and warranty information
The Operator is responsible to the Participant that the Course is implemented as described on the website. The moment when the Operator has received information from the Participant about dissatisfaction with the Course is considered to be the moment of making a complaint. If the content of the Course is not complied with the course program, the Participant has the right to request an alternative date for the same Course; if this is not possible, he has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement. Complaints about the Course must be settled without undue delay, no later than within 30 days from the date of the complaint, unless the Operator and the Participant agree on a longer period. After the expiration of this period, the Subscriber has the same rights as if it were a material breach of the Agreement. The period for settling a complaint is stopped if the Operator has not received all the documents for which it is considered a written notice of the reasons for the complaint to the e-mail address martina@stalmachova.cz, necessary for the settlement of the complaint, until the documents delivered. The Operator or the entity designated by it shall invite the Participant to take further steps after the proper settlement of the given complaint.
Withdrawal information
In accordance with the provisions of § 1829 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, the participant has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of the course. In case of purchasing a course with several lessons, the period starts since the implementation of the first course. Withdrawal from the purchase contract must be sent to the Operator within the period specified in the previous sentence. To withdraw from the purchase contract, the Participant will send the Operator an e-mail to martina@stalmachova.cz with information about the withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement pursuant to the previous paragraph of these terms and conditions, the purchase agreement is canceled from the beginning. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, the Operator shall return to the Subscriber the funds received from the Subscriber within fourteen (14) days of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by the Subscriber, in the same manner as the Operator received them from the Subscriber. In cases where the Participant has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with the provisions of § 1829 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, the Operator is also entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract at any time, until the course is implemented. In such a case, the Operator will return the purchase price to the Subscriber without undue delay, non-cash to the account specified by the Subscriber.
Protection of personal data
All processing of personal data and handling of personal data of the Participants is governed by the Conditions for processing personal data of the Operator.
Direct marketing (legitimate interest)
The processing of personal data may also include the sending of newsletters and business messages for the purpose of direct marketing. These are primarily training invitations, webinars and educational news. You can refuse the processing of your personal data at any time. Just send an email with the appropriate request to the address from which the email came.
